Exercise (or lack of) guilt. And giveaway info!

Balance is key with anything. And as I’ve blogged about before, it’s easy to become obsessed. But I think feeling guilty is totally different.

I feel VERY guilty today because this week, I’ve only exercised for two hours (one hour Monday and one hour Wednesday). And those were VERY easy workouts.

I had Junior League Tuesday and tonight is Kitchen Queens. I’ve been too busy at work to workout during lunch. I’ve been too tired to get up at 5 a.m. to hit the gym. But none of these “excuses” make me feel less guilty, which is generally the case with excuses.

So, I’m feeling pretty grouchy and puffy today. Good thing I get some girl time tonight and have my friend Sarah’s bday celebration tomorrow.

Happy birthday, Sarah! I’m so glad to have a friend like you in my life.

I've known Sarah for four years, and we have so much fun together. She's a beautiful, wonderful, fabulous person!
