Biggest Loser Results: Week 7

I forgot my camera today, so I will do the weekend recap with photos tomorrow.

I’m in a rental today because I’m finally getting the dent fixed! Hooray! The negative part: it makes me dizzy because it smells like smoke. Eww.

Biggest Loser Results: Week 7
I’m in sixth place. I stated last week I wasn’t happy with my weight loss last week, which I think affected my motivation this weekend. I did workout Saturday, but it was not very intense. And I’m not even going to talk about what I ate.

I lost 1 lb. last week.

Total weight loss: 10.5 lbs. (although I don’t think the scale this morning would reflect that…)

After working out every day (more than once on some days), that was pretty disappointing. Obviously, I need to focus more on what I am eating as well. As you know, I was attempting to do the metabolic diet my friend Sarah did through Metabolic Research Center. Somewhere along the way, I fell off the wagon. I always eat healthy for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is the evil problem. And the weekends. Why is it so much easier to eat healthy at my desk?

I have to weigh in Thursday this week because I will in Vegas Friday! This means I have a lot of work to do between now and Thursday. I’m going to start with Zumba tonight. I have a very busy week. Gym tonight, Junior League meeting tomorrow night, spray tan and pedicure Wednesday night, flight leaves Thursday night!

In case you're interested, here is what my workout schedule is for this week:
Monday: Zumba, 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday: Body Attack, 5:30 a.m.; Zumba during lunch
Wednesday: Body Pump, 5:30 a.m.; yoga/pilates during lunch; kickball practice at 5:45 p.m.
Thursday: Body Step, 5:30 a.m.; strength training/cardio during lunch
Friday: Vegas, baby!
