I am so motivated today. I've gotten so much done at work, and I'm on the right track for the diet today. I made dinner as soon as I got home last night because I was starving. I might have tried a McDonald's frappe last night (and drank the whole thing). I will blame it on the boy because he wanted ice cream.
I hit snooze too many times to make it the gym before work, but you will find me there after work. I promise.
Tomorrow is another weigh day! Let's hope this one is better than last week.
